On International Migrants Day, the In My Name platform organized a symbolic action at the Begijnhofkerk in Brussels. During a folkloric ceremony, a giant puppet named Sabine, representing Belgium's undocumented residents, received a symbolic work permit from three city giants. The action was organized together with healthcare organizations and unions, to ask for legal work and residence for undocumented people, including those already working informally in healthcare.
Belgium's healthcare sector has a structural shortage of staff. At the same time, thousands of undocumented people who could do this work are not allowed to work legally. Many of them are already doing this work informally, without pay or legal protection.

In December 2023, activists connected to HOTM took part in actions at OIP Sensor Systems in Oudenaarde, the Belgian subsidiary of Israeli arms manufacturer Elbit Systems, as part of the wider Shut Down Elbit campaign. OIP filed a criminal complaint against several of the activists involved, including climate activist Anuna De Wever, over graffiti written on the company's buildings. In September 2025, activists filed a counter-complaint against OIP Systems itself, for complicity in genocide and war crimes committed in Gaza. In February 2026, around 250 people protested outside the Oudenaarde court in solidarity with those being prosecuted.

Support the caseArtist Laura Nsengiyumva's character Queen Nikkolah was created as an alternative to the traditional Sinterklaas story, which she and others have criticized for its racial stereotyping. Queen Nikkolah returns each year around early December, with public events in Brussels and Ghent open to everyone.
